Whether you are a landlord, or working on behalf of a landlord, you need a reliable service for your landlords certificates [CP12]. A Landlord Certificate is a basically a gas safety check of the gas system including pipework and gas meter and all gas appliances. These safety checks do not include servicing or repairing.
What We Offer
We offer Landlord Certificates at a very competive rate starting at just £50 if the property just has a gas boiler and no other gas appliances. Additional appliances are charged at just an additional £6 each. These rates are only for properties in a DY1 to DY9 or WV5 postcode.

What We Can Do
Some landlords want us to deal directly with them, some with their agents, some prefer us to deal directly with the tenant. Just tell us how you want it.
We are quite happy to contact tenants and arrange for access. We would then carry out the necessary checks and issue the mandatory certificates. We can e-mail the landlord certificates [CP12] direct to you or your chosen agent on the day the checks are made. They can also be posted if preferred.
How You Can Help Us
We can only offer Landlords the £50 deal if they are willing to make the payment “on the day”. It would be uneconomical to have to chase invoices. If you have multiple properties in a block or street it would be advantageous for us to conduct these Landlord Certificates at the same time. This would help us to provide a better service to you.
